We are licensed in the state of Texas, and registered with the Texas Residential Construction Commission as required by state law. Crawford Renovation is fully insured.

DO YOU PROVIDE A WARRANTY?
Crawford Renovation provides a comprehensive 10-Year structual warranty, 1-Year Warranty on all work performed by us, with limited warranty through year two. You will also receive various manufacturers’ warranties (which may or may not last longer) on the products used in your job. In addition, extended warranties are provided on structural improvements as required by State law.

DO YOU HANDLE INSURANCE WORK?
Crawford Renovation does not perform any type of insurance work.. If you need insurance restoration (such as fire/water damage), please call us at 713.463.8600 or email us at referme@crghomes.com and we will be happy to assist you in locating a reputable, reliable company that offers the services that you need.
