As a Lead Building Designer Dan is an integral part of our Architectural Design team working to produce high-end residential and commercial buildings with an emphasis on green building practices. Shortly after earning a degree in Architecture from NC State University, Dan moved to the Grand Strand to work on a variety of projects including hospitality, medical office buildings, and custom homes. With years of background in designing and building projects, Dan has worked in the construction field as a Draftsman, Designer, and Estimator. A long time resident of the Grand Strand he brings his knowledge of the area and field experience to ensure that our custom homes and commercial builds are not only beautifully designed, they are constructed to function for the homeowner.
