Meet Our New Client Relationship Manager!

In our continuing effort to bring each client a higher standard of customer service in the home buying, designing, and building process, we are excited to announce Rainbow Russell has joined our team as a Client Relationship Manager (CRM).

Lasting Relationships

As the CRM, Rainbow’s key role will be to develop lasting relationships with our clients, both past, present, and future! She will work to answer initial questions regarding real estate, construction, and design projects to determine each client's needs on a personal level. The result will be a more efficient process for our clients from beginning to end. Rainbow will assist with Realtor training in areas of customer service, lead management, and client retention to ensure as our team continues to expand, that our clients continue to receive a personal, local level of attention.

Her strong professional background will be instrumental in facilitating her role as the CRG Companies Client Relationship Manager. She possesses extensive experience in residential property management as well as managing the operations, sales, and marketing of multiple properties and developments. Her skillset includes customer expectation management, sales staff training, and real estate sales which will be paramount in assisting CRG Companies as we continue to expand to meet the growing demands of the Myrtle Beach area housing market.
