	Our in-house Design Coordinator will walk you through every detail of selecting the finishes for your home, both inside and out
	Pre-Construction MEETING
	Meet your construction manager to discuss the building process and review final plans and selections
	Construction BEGINS
	To make the process simple, we will handle all architectural review board submittals and obtain permits on your behalf, saving you time and money
	Progress UPDATES
	We'll be in regular communication with updates and photos as your home is under construction.
	New Home ORIENTATION
	Before moving in, this demonstration will be an introduction to operating and maintaining the systems that run your home
